Q: HOW DO I INSTALL / UPDATE THE SOFTWARE?
Advanced System Repair was built with maximum ease of use in mind. That also applies to installing the software or updating it. To install Advanced System Repair simply click the Download Arrow and follow the instructions on screen. In case you are using Mozilla FireFox, you will have a slightly different window called 'Downloads'.
Simply click on the file called ASR-Installer.exe and you're all set.
When it comes to updating the software, you have multiple options: manual, auto and custom updates. Click on the exclamation mark located on the top right hand corner and choose your desired update method. For an in-depth guide to updating Advanced System Repair click here.
Q: I KEEP GETTING AN ERROR WHEN I TRY TO DOWNLOAD
It's possible that your internet connection was lost for a few moments or simply that you're running too many applications at once. Please consider closing them and try downloading Advanced System Repair again. There are a variety of scenarios that can cause a failed download and it's not always possible to find the exact cause. If you can't download the software after 2-3 attempts, please send us an email and a member of our team will personally assist you with your installation.
Q: CAN I INSTALL IT ON MULTIPLE COMPUTERS?
Yes, we encourage you to do so. Once you're on the Checkout Page, scroll down and select the number of licenses you want. The options currently available are for 1, 2, 3, 5 and 10 computers respectively.
Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET THE LICENSE KEY AFTER THE PAYMENT?
We will issue the license immediately upon payment. You will also receive an email containing the receipt and the license(s).
Q: HOW CAN I UNINSTALL YOUR SOFTWARE?
Please follow these instructions to remove a program from Windows® XP:
1. Please click on the "Windows® Start" button and select "Control Panel".
2. Now select the "Add or Remove Programs" button.
3. Please select the program you wish to remove, and click "Change/Remove".
4. Click "Uninstall" in the confirmation dialog to finish removal.
Please follow these steps to uninstall a program from Windows® Vista or Windows® 7:
1. Please click on the "Start" button, then select "Control Panel".
2. Now select "Programs" and from that category please pick "Programs and Features".
3. Lastly please select the program to be removed, click the "Uninstall/Change" button, and choose "Uninstall" from the options that appear.
Q: HOW LONG IS THE LICENSE KEY GOOD FOR?
Each license key is valid for a year. If you want, you can also choose to purchase a semi-annual subscription. Also, don't worry because each transaction has 30 day money guarantee so you have nothing to lose should you decide Advanced System Repair is not for you.
